I-6 PUMP

6-Inch Self-Priming Pump for Wastewater and Solids Handling

The I-6 is built for demanding solids-handling applications where above-grade installation, reliable self-priming, and accessible maintenance are important.

Because it is self-priming, the pump can be installed above the liquid being pumped, helping provide cleaner access for inspection and service.

I Series Pump

I-6 Pump Summary

The I-6 uses a multi-vane, semi-open impeller designed for solids-handling applications.

Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud help reduce foreign-material buildup behind the impeller and reduce pressure on the seal and bearings.

The I-3 also features an external shimless rotating-assembly adjustment for setting impeller-to-wear-plate clearance without disturbing the working height of the seal assembly or impeller back clearance.

I-6: Designed for Easier Maintenance

The I-6 is designed to make routine service more accessible with clean-out-cover access, a removable rotating assembly, bearing protection, and external shimless impeller-clearance adjustment.
