S-6 Pump Summary
The S-6 uses a two-vane, semi-open impeller designed for solids-laden liquids and slurries.
Its 6-inch design is intended to pass spherical solids up to 3 inches in diameter through critical areas, including the circulation port.
Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud help reduce foreign-material buildup behind the impeller and reduce pressure on the seal and bearings, supporting reliable operation and easier maintenance.

Cartridge Seal

- Pusher bolts provide assistance with removal
- Spare rotating assembly can be installed to reduce downtime
Bearing Protection
- Atmospheric barrier with 2 lip seals
- Provides additional bearing protection
- Allows external seal monitoring
Clean-Out Cover Access
- Wear plate is accessible by removing the back cover assembly
- Hand nuts allow the back cover and assembled wear plate to be removed from the pump casing
- Wear plate can be inspected and replaced if badly scored or worn
- Back cover O-ring can be inspected and replaced if damaged or worn
